The Hilton Portland Downtown is looking for a Valet Parking Attendant! If you have a passion for customer service and have a kind and welcoming demeanor this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Find us in central downtown, less than one block from the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall and Pioneer Courthouse Square. Pioneer Place Mall, Portland Art Museum, Newmark Theatre, and several parks are within three blocks.
The ideal candidate for this role should have the ability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking and standing, have open availability to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, have a valid Driver's License, be able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles, effectively communicate in English and have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
What will I be doing?- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
- Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
- Assist guests with luggage
- Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
