Levy Restaurants is looking for a Concessions Stand Lead to assist in the successful operations of a concession stand at Providence Park. The role will ensure an exceptional guest experience that meets the high standards of Levy.

We seek a self‑motivated, well‑spoken, and dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering a world‑class experience for soccer fans. The Stand Lead will train and supervise crew, maintain operational excellence, and uphold Levy’s service standards.

• Provide the highest level of customer service, building relationships with guests and handling peak production calmly and accurately.
• Train stand attendants to adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations, ensuring safe service of alcohol and compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Maintain inventory and supplies, perform general cleaning tasks, and operate the Point of Sale system while processing payments.
• Lead the team—train staff, ensure breaks are taken, and uphold Show Quality standards.
• Complete assigned shifts promptly and thoroughly, following department standards.
• Stand and perform fast‑paced mobility for the entire shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Guest‑centric mindset and passion for exceptional customer service.
• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities during live events.
• Methodical, strong time‑management skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Valid Oregon Food Handlers permit and OLCC license (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum age 18 years or older.

Part‑time hours with a seasonal contract ending in November. Staff will be scheduled for events, requiring availability on nights and weekends with excellent attendance required.
