Job Overview

At Cascada Spa and Hotel, we are dedicated to providing a calm, luxurious environment for our guests. We are looking for friendly and reliable Housepersons to ensure that all room attendants have the necessary items to complete their job duties. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that make our hotel a top destination while supporting our sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that Room Attendants have the items needed to complete their assignments.
  • Ensure that the floors, stairs, and housekeeping closets are always pristine.
  • Dispose of Trash/Recycling items timely.
  • Promptly report maintenance issues and special guest requests.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with various rooms leaders to ensure rooms are ready and available for guest arrival.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a guest-facing hotel housekeeping role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods.
