- 40 hours/week, Mon-Thu 7am-4pm or 9am-6pm, Tue-Wed-Fri 8am-5pm
- 18-25 patients per day
- Clinic setting
- EMR: OCHIN or EPI
- IUD and Nexplanon procedures required
- Rural FQHC experience required
- Must see all ages from pediatric to geriatric
