• RN - Nursing Bachelor's Degree or Surgical Technician Certification
• At least 3+ years of clinical experience
• Experience with external catheters
• Proficiency in analyzing and reporting data to drive improvement
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time for business purposes

• Experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and/or Emergency Department settings
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
