EQC Home Care is seeking a Director of Developmental Disability & ABA Services to design, launch, and scale our ABA and Developmental Disability (DD) programs across Oregon. This is a senior leadership role for someone who blends strong clinical expertise with vision, ownership, and a passion for ethical, community-based care.

As Director, you will provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for EQC’s ABA and DD services. You’ll oversee program development, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), manage client services, and ensure full compliance with BACB standards, Oregon regulations, and Medicaid requirements.

• Build and lead EQC’s ABA and DD service lines
• Provide clinical oversight for assessments, treatment planning, and service delivery
• Recruit, supervise, and mentor RBTs
• Ensure ethical, compliant, and high-quality care
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Drive program quality, outcomes, and sustainable growth

• Active BCBA certification
• Oregon Behavior Analyst license (or immediate eligibility)
• Strong experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities
• Proven leadership and supervision experience
• Comfort working autonomously in a growth-focused role
• Commitment to ethical, person-centered care

• Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 annually
