We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operating Room (OR) Manager to lead our surgical services team in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for overseeing daily OR operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of the Operating Room team, ensuring efficient, safe, and effective surgical care delivery
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, performance management, and professional development of clinical staff
• Collaborate with physicians, perioperative staff, and other departments to optimize patient outcomes and OR efficiency
• Monitor and ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
• Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a perioperative setting
• Recent first-line management experience (e.g., Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, or equivalent leadership role)

Preferred Qualifications:

• CNOR certification
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Experience with OR budget management, quality improvement initiatives, and EMR systems
