Who We Are Looking For – Cambia’s Network Management and Strategy team seeks a Partnership Director to oversee innovative partnerships with primary care practices, including joint ventures and other innovative contracting, to create a person-focused health care experience.

What You Bring to Cambia
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on primary care and partnerships (e.g., joint ventures).
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining successful partnerships with physicians, practice managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation, quality, and customer-centricity.
  • Executive presence, leadership and influence skills, and experience collaborating with complex organizations to improve operating, financial, and strategic position.
  • Expert understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark, and Anti-Kickback laws.
Skills And Attributes
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to develop creative strategies, plan and execute complex, integrated delivery of products, projects and programs.
  • Experience with value-based care models, population health management, and accountable care organizations (ACOs).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology, including EHRs, practice management systems, and data analytics platforms.
  • Certification in healthcare management (e.g., FACHE or CMPE) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Clinical background or experience in a healthcare setting with knowledge of clinical operations and quality metrics.
  • Experience in a progressive leadership role in primary care and/or multispecialty environments with ability to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong decision making, complex problem solving, critical thinking, and coordination skills.
What You Will Do At Cambia
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners in joint ventures and similar arrangements, including physicians and practice managers.
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to primary care practice partners, ensuring alignment with Cambia's goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance, clinic leadership, and the joint operating committee to provide financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring and strategic planning.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform joint venture strategy and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to design benefit plans and campaigns that drive utilization of joint venture clinics, promoting growth and revenue generation.
  • Monitor quality, efficiency, and referral patterns; identify opportunities for improvement and implement value-based payment models in partnership with clinic providers and network management teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and engagement, as well as provider satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies; apply this knowledge to inform joint venture strategy and operations, and stay current with clinical best practices to inform clinical strategy and operations.
