The vision of Integrated Clinical Services is to provide services that are integrated and connected to support optimal health, reducing wait times, and optimizing access.

The Multnomah County Community Health Clinics provide comprehensive primary care and behavioral health services to diverse, low-income, uninsured, and underinsured residents of Multnomah County. Each position in our Community Health Clinics plays an active role in advancing health equity and eliminating health disparities in our communities.

The Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) position provides direct clinical services to Primary Care patients. Services include brief assessment and evidence-based psychotherapy interventions for patients living with medical, mental health, and substance use disorders. This includes performing advanced, comprehensive assessment and analysis of complex psychosocial factors and coordination for patients receiving medication-supported recovery. As a member of the Primary Care medical team, the BHP provides a vital consultation role to team members and regularly advises Primary Care providers and medical team members on the full spectrum of behavioral health and substance use conditions/diagnoses and available treatment options.

The position requires the applicant to be either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon. The position is located in the North East Health Center Primary Care Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
