Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a entry-level patient-centered Technician

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We re seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm. This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.

  • Location:

    Will be based primarily located in Portland but will be required to provide coverage in area centers, as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required to travel between centers.
Your Role
  • Provide comprehensive patient care:
    Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping:
    Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency:
    Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
What We re Looking For
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial work experience—ideally in patient-facing or customer service roles. A stable and consistent work history is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor s degree in psychology or any human services related major; AND at least one combined year of work or internship experience, required. Preference for healthcare or behavioral health experience.
  • Technical & Clinical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Advanced

    MD preferred). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required. Strong grasp appropriate patient/provider boundaries required. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
  • Physical & Other Requirements:
    Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers is required.
