- Be the right hand to our providers — assist in procedures and deliver exceptional care.
- Own the triage process: take vitals, assess needs, and help patients feel at ease.
- Demonstrate clinical skills: draw blood, give vaccines, run drug screens, and set up EKGs.
- Dive into occupational health services and physicals — from start to finish.
- Keep patient records sharp and up-to-date in our EMR system (Experity).
- Stock supplies and prep equipment to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Maintain medications, supplies, and sterilization logs with daily checks.
- Serve as a key communication bridge — help patients get the information they need quickly.
- Support front desk activities when needed (scheduling, check-ins, insurance).
- Be adaptable and willing to pitch in where needed while growing in the role.
Full-Time: 36-40 hours/week. Set shifts to minimize guessing. Back Half Team:
Wed 1:30 p – 7:00 p, Thurs/Fri 8:00 a – 7:00 p, Sat 9:00 a – 6:00 p. Consistent schedule blocks with one on-call shift per month (you can choose the day).

What We’re Looking ForWe want driven, friendly, and detail-oriented Medical Assistants who bring positive energy and put patients first. Must thrive in a fast-paced setting and be willing to wear multiple hats.
You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certificate from a Medical Assistant program or equivalent on-the-job training, required
- 1+ year experience in a medical office, preferred (urgent care experience is a bonus)
- X-ray experience (RT or LXMO) is a plus
- $20-26+/hr (based on experience)
