We recognize behavioral health providers may have varied experience and training related to ADHD. Our aim is to hire generalists, who will utilize their expertise in treating the mood and anxiety conditions that are highly comorbid with ADHD, while developing a new area of competence in ADHD evaluation and treatment.     Our clinical staff is comprised of psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and counselors, working in four locations in Oregon. We offer the flexibility of a private practice model, and with the support of an administrative team composed of intake screening, scheduling, front desk, billing, collections, credentialing, and marketing.     Child & Adolescent Focused Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Role

    Director of Behavioral Health

    Northwest ADHD Treatment Center is seeking a full-time master's level therapist (licensed in Oregon or license eligible) to join our fun and dynamic private practice.

    Preferred candidates are licensed therapists with expertise working with clients between 5 and 16 years of age. The age range may be further narrowed based upon provider preference and expertise. The ideal candidate has extensive differential diagnostic skills and experience treating ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders.

    Newly licensed or soon to be licensed candidates are encouraged to apply as well; those seeking to gain training in ADHD assessment and treatment will be provided robust training prior to seeing clients.

    Ideal candidates will be confident in their ability to evaluate and treat behavioral, social, emotional, and cultural concerns while integrating information obtained from caregivers, medical providers, and other behavioral health providers. Good communication and ability to collaboratively develop a treatment plan and help individuals implement skills in an effective manner is essential.

    The role is full time at one of our Portland area locations.

    Responsibilities include:

    Compensation:

    Our goal is to be completely upfront and transparent about our compensation! Behavioral providers are compensated on an annual salary model, with performance based raise eligibility calculated twice during the first year of employment, and thereafter annually.

    For Licensed Master's Level Therapists (LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs), we offer an annual salary model with performance based raise eligibility calculated twice during the first year of employment and annually thereafter. Given differences in insurance reimbursement rates, the minimum full time annual salary for licensed master's level therapists is $75,522 for maintaining a minimum weekly average of 23 billable service units. Activities that count toward billable service units include direct patient services, supervision, supervision preparation and consultation, and other leadership duties.

    For those performing at a high level of 32 weekly average billable units, a licensed master's level therapist would earn an annual salary of about $120,000. At the average performance level of 28 weekly average billable units, the annual salary for a licensed master's level therapist would be about $95,224.
