CSI Companies is actively hiring an Ultrasound Technologist to support our federal healthcare client.
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: $42-55/hour based on relevant experience, education, and credentials

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to support a highly regulated clinical imaging environment serving a diverse patient population. This role is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
The Ultrasound Technologist will work closely with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff to deliver accurate, high-quality imaging while maintaining strict adherence to compliance and credentialing standards.
Responsibilities- What you’ll do: Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to established protocols (abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, small parts, and other exams as applicable)
- Verify exam orders and ensure appropriate exam selection and documentation
- Properly position patients and select appropriate transducers and settings to optimize image quality
- Accurately label, archive, and transmit images via PACS and EMR systems
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and ensure comfort and safety
- Maintain equipment through routine quality checks and report issues as needed
- Adhere to infection control, privacy, and patient safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to ensure diagnostic accuracy
- Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Participate in quality assurance activities, competency validations, and ongoing compliance reviews
- A valid US Real Passport
- ARDMS certification required (RDMS, RVT, or relevant specialty)
- Active state license as required (OR or WA, as applicable)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical ultrasound experience in a hospital or advanced clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound physics, anatomy, and safety principles
- Proficiency with PACS, EMR systems, and structured imaging workflows
- Ability to function effectively in protocol-driven, compliance-focused environments
- Nice to have: Experience working in highly regulated or government-aligned healthcare environments
- Multi-registry credentials (e.g., Abdomen + OB/GYN or Vascular)
- Experience with diverse patient populations, including geriatric and high-acuity patients
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
