Dosimetrist

We are seeking a talented Dosimetrist to join our Radiation Oncology team at Legacy Health.

This role splits time between Legacy Good Samaritan in Portland, OR (50%) and Legacy Salmon Creek in Vancouver, WA (50%).

The compensation ranges from $67.18 to $96.06 per hour, based on experience, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement plans, wellness services, free parking, Tri Met discounts, on-site cafés, and employee discounts.

• Generate radiation dose distributions and calculations under the direction of Medical Physicists and Radiation Oncologists.
• Plan treatment techniques using knowledge of radiation therapy machines and radioactive sources.
• Provide direction, supervision, and training to Non-Certified Medical Dosimetrists in the department.

• Proficiency with conformal, 3D, IGRT, and IMRT planning.

• Certified by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board and maintain certification through continuing education.

USD $67.18 - $96.06 per hour.
