Title: Ultrasound Technologist – Vascular
Location: Portland, OR
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift:
Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 – 17:00)
Night 4x10-Hour (22:00 – 08:00)
Job Responsibilities and Required/Preferred Skills & Requirements:
Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound examinations, including arterial and venous studies
Conduct exams such as carotid, aorta, arterial mapping, graft and dialysis access studies, duplex and Doppler studies, lower extremity arterial and venous exams, and stent evaluations
Ensure accurate image acquisition, analysis, and documentation using Epic charting system
Maintain high standards of patient care and safety with a 1:1 patient ratio
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a short-term acute care, teaching hospital environment
Participate in weeknight and weekend on-call coverage and scheduled weekend shifts as required
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist
Active state license
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) / CCI RVS or RDCS (RVT)
BLS certification
Proficiency with vascular ultrasound equipment and systems (Client, Philips, Siemens, Sono Site, PACS)
Strong experience in vascular ultrasound procedures
