• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans tailored to individual functional levels and potential.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support patient independence and outcomes.

• Master s Degree From an accredited Audiology program or
• Ph.D. From an accredited Audiology program or equivalent education/experience
• Coursework/Training and Specialized Audiology training to meet a particular department need
• Upon hire:
  Oregon Audiologist License
• Specialized Audiology experience to meet a particular department need
