Salary Range (based on certification level):
- CADC-R: ~$45K - $65K/year
- CADC-I: ~$50K – $70K/year
- CADC-II or III: ~$58K – $77K/year
- Comprehensive benefits package offered through employer

About the OpportunityEmpowered Partnerships LLC is partnering with a respected residential behavioral health organization in Portland to hire a Spanish-fluent CADC professional. This role serves adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs in a structured, trauma-informed treatment program.
This is a direct-hire role — employment will be through our client, not Empowered Partnerships LLC.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group counseling in Spanish and English
- Facilitate trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic groups
- Model recovery-oriented care and support crisis stabilization needs
- Document all services accurately and timely
- Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and peer-support teams
- Uphold all confidentiality and compliance standards (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part
2)
- CADC-R, CADC-I, CADC-II, or CADC-III required
- Fluent in Spanish and English required
- 2+ years of behavioral-health or addiction counseling experience preferred
- High school diploma/GED required; degree in behavioral health preferred
- CPR/First Aid, background check, TB test & drug screening required
- Residential or structured treatment setting
- Co-occurring disorder and trauma-responsive care experience
- Familiarity with ASAM criteria and culturally competent care
- Relocation support available
