• Previous Caregiving Experience
  :
  Personal or professional experience in caregiving is a plus.

• English Communication:Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally (in person and on the phone) and in writing.

• Travel Ability

  Ability to travel at least 15 miles one way to an assignment.
• Willingness to consent to client safety devices that may include recording devices.

• Provide emotional support and companionship
  to clients, fostering a warm and engaging environment.
• Assist with mobility and transfers
  , including the use of assistive devices when needed.
• Remind and assist with medication management
  as per the care plan (following state regulations).
• Engage clients in meaningful activities
  such as conversation, light exercise, hobbies, and cognitive stimulation.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or social outings
