Preferred Qualifications- Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.
- National Certification of CHAA upon hire.
- 3 years of experience in Patient Access of a business office setting. Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
- 3 years of utilization of medical terminology in a job setting. Knowledge in medical billing codes.
- 1 year of knowledge of Epic applications.
