• The Developmental Brain Imaging Laboratory, under the direction of Dr. Bonnie Nagel, has an opening for an energetic and highly motivated full-time project coordinator to support an ongoing longitudinal NIH-funded research study of healthy adults as part of the National Consortium on Alcohol & Neurodevelopment in Adolescence – Adulthood (NCANDA‑A).
• Regular monitoring, retention, and scheduling of study participants, including written interactions with the NIH and local IRB.
• Assist with study visits, including neuropsychological and behavioral assessments and acquisition of structural and functional MRI data.
• Train and oversee other staff members performing these duties to ensure adherence to protocols and high‑quality data collection.
• Manage project databases, data entry, maintain study documentation, and perform general office duties in support of the study.
• Demonstrate self‑starting initiative, strong work ethic, ability to operate independently, and support and direct team members. Effectiveness in organizing tasks, setting priorities, multi‑tasking, meeting deadlines, and working efficiently with minimal oversight.
• Provide daytime, evening, and weekend availability as needed for data collection demands.
• Commit to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all faculty, students, staff, and research participants.

• Bachelor's Degree in behavioral science field AND 1 year of relevant experience OR Associate's AND 3 years of relevant experience OR 4 years of relevant experience OR Equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 1-3 years prior research and/or clinical experience.
• Proficient computer skills to interface with software such as Excel, REDCap, SPSS, and E‑Prime.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with research participants and study staff.
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, multi‑task, work efficiently with minimal oversight, and adapt creatively in a quick‑learning environment.

• Advanced degrees.
• Background in psychological or neuroimaging research.
• Project coordination/management experience.
• Previous experience working with adults.
