• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re‑assess treatment plan effectiveness, attend staffing meetings, and hold family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations, provide safety recommendations for home and community environments, and offer referral and educational resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, service recipients, and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improve patient outcomes.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of occupational therapy experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
• Fine motor skills, visual acuity, and capacity to walk/stand for extended periods; ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and position frequently.

USD $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
