Job Type

Occupational Therapist (full‑time or part‑time positions available). Full‑time: 40 hours per week (flexible work options open to individuals seeking less hours).

Base Pay Rate
  • Full Time Salary $79,191.67 - $ annually. Based on experience.
  • Part time Salary: $54.81 - $76.96 per client hour. Based on experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide 1:1 Occupational therapy for kids and teens (ages 0–21).
  • Develop individualized, play‑based treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Share strategies and tools to support families at home.
  • Keep documentation up to date (we’ll help make it manageable).
What You’ll Need
  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Experience working in pediatrics preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to utilize a play‑based approach.
  • A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit.
  • Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate individuals 0‑21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop/implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the client's care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
