We’re a national mental health practice co‑founded by a patient and a triple‑board‑certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment. 60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome.

We are seeking experienced licensed Therapists (e.g.,
LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs
) to work as telehealth providers. The role involves providing high‑quality psychotherapy and coordinated care via an integrated EMR system.

• Deliver high‑quality psychotherapy and coordinated care to patients.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a variety of interventions and modalities.
• Work independently while coordinating with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.
• Use the company’s custom technology—including an integrated EMR—to support patient messaging, track progress, and gain insights into outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients with anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
• Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet patient needs by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, including seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence‑based practices.
• Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses.
• Technical proficiency and ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools.
