In this role, you’ll oversee accounting operations, consolidated financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial compliance across multiple domestic and international entities. Precision matters here. You’ll lead month- and year-end close processes, produce accurate and timely consolidated financial statements, and ensure GAAP-compliant practices across the organization.

You’ll play a central role in the annual budgeting cycle, partnering closely with department leaders while maintaining rolling forecasts for revenue and operation expenses. Your ability to strengthen internal controls, refine financial systems, and improve reporting timelines will directly support disciplined, data-informed decision-making across the business.

This role calls for a steady, confident leader who can guide structured budgeting and forecasting processes, communicate financial insights clearly across global stakeholders, and bring rigor to documentation and compliance. Experience navigating multi-entity and multi-country environments is strongly preferred.

This is a hybrid position based in a beautiful downtown Portland office, offering four days onsite and one day remote each week — and a chance to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative, growth-oriented team.
