• Develop and facilitate financial management programs linking financial, operational, and business strategy to drive measurable results

• Mentor junior analysts and educate leadership on strategic finance topics

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a client‑focused finance partner or finance consultant role
• Proven ability to gather and analyze data and perform financial and strategic analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build trust in a matrixed environment

• Experience analyzing and influencing operational efficiency initiatives (e.g., benchmarking, Lean)
• Ability to conceptualize solutions for complex problems with a broad decision‑making perspective
• Solid business acumen with understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
• Proactive approach to identifying trends and providing analysis to stakeholders
• Adaptability to changing priorities and comfort with uncertainty in a fast‑paced environment
