Hours:

9-5pm, Monday - Friday

Compensation: up to $37 per hour

LHH is partnering with a nonprofit organization seeking someone who can manage funds, stay compliant with grant requirements, and support the mission through accurate and reliable financial work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to a mission‑driven organization through a 6‑month assignment. Below are more details.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate annual audits and prepare required financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and complete required filings.
• Support internal controls to safeguard organizational assets and prevent fraud.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts.

To be a fit, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit accounting or grant accounting strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards.
• Ability to analyze financial data and communicate financial information clearly.
