We're seeking an experienced Contract Finance Manager to support transition activities, costing improvements, and financial modeling for a dynamic consumer‑focused organization. This role will help ensure continuity during team changes, strengthen costing processes, and provide analytical support to senior finance leaders. Ideal candidates bring strong cost accounting experience, ERP expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.

$60-$65/hour | 3-6 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities- Support transition of responsibilities from an outgoing Finance Manager and assist with onboarding.
- Contribute to planning, forecasting, and ad hoc product or commercial analysis.
- Assist with month‑end close, performance reporting, and communication with category or business teams.
- Support cost accounting work streams, including documenting current processes and recommending refinements.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and margins; support system mapping and process improvements.
- Assist with inventory valuation reviews and related reconciliations.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (including IT and Controllership) to enhance costing processes and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements or automation.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to senior finance leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience, ideally in consumer goods.
- Strong ERP skills
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
- Solid understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, and GAAP.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Experience in supply chain or production environments is a plus.
