- Build the Treasury Support function, defining workflows, SLAs, and quality standards
- Lead and develop a team of Treasury Support Specialists, including hiring and performance management
- Handle complex support inquiries related to funds movement and securities transactions
- Collaborate with Treasury Ops and cross-functional partners to resolve discrepancies
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying systemic issues and enhancing processes
- 2+ years of experience leading customer support or user-facing teams in a high-growth environment
- 3+ years of experience in support, finance operations, or treasury-related workflows
- Ability to operate in high-liability environments with precise documentation
- Strong written communication skills for summarizing complex problems
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain required licenses, including Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7
- Experience with data/visualization tools (e.g., Omni/Zendesk Explore) to analyze trends
- Proven ability to create structure and processes in ambiguous environments
- Curiosity to investigate open-ended issues beyond initial answers
