We re seeking a senior-level Project Manager to support finance and budget operations within a complex, highly regulated organization. This role owns finance-driven projects tied to budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and organizational change initiatives.

You ll lead medium- to large-scale projects, partner with finance leaders and technical teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Lead finance and budget-related projects from initiation through delivery
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
• Coordinate across business, finance, and technical stakeholders
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; recommend mitigation strategies
• Support change management efforts impacting financial processes
• Maintain project documentation and reporting in project management systems
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and executive-level communications

• 10+ years of project management experience, including finance-focused initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
• Strong understanding of project life cycle methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience in regulated, enterprise environments

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• PMP or similar certification
• Experience in utilities, government, or energy sectors
• Change management or process improvement experience (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)

• Ability to pass a standard background investigation (SF-85)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
