* Create accurate, insightful reporting tools, processes, and ad hoc analyses, with an emphasis on clear storytelling, actionable insights, and continuous improvement.
* Develop financial justifications and business cases for key investments, including site capabilities, growth initiatives, and resourcing needs.
** YOU ARE
*** Nimble and detail-oriented, with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
* Skilled at building strong relationships with a broad group of partners, while serving as a thoughtful challenger in the development of sound financial and business plans.
* Curious by nature, seeking to go beyond surface-level insights to uncover and realize opportunities.
* Customer-focused and influential, able to synthesize and emphasize information to guide cross-functional Senior Management decision-making in support of growth and profitability.
** YOU HAVE
*** A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, a related field, or equivalent experience.
