Job Title: Assistant Controller
Salary: $125,000–$150,000
Location: NE Portland, OR (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general ledger activity and financial reporting across nonprofit and for-profit entities
Manage restricted fund accounting and ensure compliance with donor and grant requirements
Support internal controls, process improvements, and leadership reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred
Experience with nonprofit accounting, restricted funds, and Form 990 preparation
Background in both nonprofit and for-profit
