Senior Analyst or VP in Accounting and Finance

• Prepares NSC stand‑alone monthly financial statements (JGAAP, USGAAP)
• Prepares various regulatory reporting (Quarterly earnings, Annual Securities Report, JFSA reporting)
• Provides financial analyses for Management and various Committees internally
• Coordinates changes to regulatory requirements relating to financial accounting

• More than 3 years of experience in accounting (regardless of industry)
• Interested to work in the Financial Control Department in the financial industry and having a high degree of can‑do attitude with strong discipline.
• A person who is not afraid of change and can put their own ideas into action
• Strong communication skills and logical thinking
• Proficient in Excel/Word skills
