The ASUP Controller is responsible for processing ASUP reimbursement requests and maintaining up-to-date ASUP budget records. The controller is also a member of the Financial Management Board and works to allocate the budget fairly amongst clubs that request ASUP Funding.
Core Duties- Assist and report to the ASUP Director of Finance with administrative budget-related work.
- Validating information on documents is accurate, recording transactions and updating information in budget ledger.
- Processing ASUP reimbursements requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Flexible work hours on a mutually agreed upon schedule.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
- Proficient in excel
- Communicates effectively and professionally
- Must have taken/be enrolled in an accounting 200-level course
- Attend all ASUP Finance meetings and Financial Management Board meetings.
- An interest in financial matters.
