OpportunityAs part of the growing Financial Services Organization (FSO), you will work on technically demanding tax planning and compliance projects, collaborating with International tax, State & Local tax and Asset Management specialists. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and colleagues, supporting cross‑border and cross‑functional teaming while developing your leadership and business acumen.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Review complex individual tax returns and provide high‑net‑worth income tax planning and advice.
- Collaborate with International tax, State & Local tax and Asset Management specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Manage, coach and develop a team of tax professionals, reviewing work and ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to excel.
- Perform high‑quality review of complex tax returns.
- Extensive knowledge of hedge fund and private equity K‑1s.
- Research tax issues to develop effective planning strategies and deliver client‑ready insights.
- Build long‑term client relationships and tailor services to unique needs.
- Maintain reputation by sharing technical best practice knowledge.
- Identify and react to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting with significant tax or financial planning experience.
- CPA license or licensed Attorney required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in professional services or a professional tax organization.
- Thorough understanding of estate and wealth planning.
- Experience with federal and state personal and trust income tax.
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills; confidence to challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Comprehensive understanding of automated tax processing systems and relevant laws.
- Proven record in high‑net‑worth tax planning.
- Proven record in a professional services environment.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt work style to collaborate with internal and client team members.

What We Offer You- The salary range for this position in all US locations is $120/hr to $150/hr individual salaries within that range are determined by education, experience, skills and geography.
