Automotive Finance Manager – Dick Hannah Dealerships

Pay Range

Base: $/yr - $/yr

Competitive: 13% commission of back‑end gross profit. Average annual income $150,000‑$180,000.

Responsibilities
  • Sell financing and aftermarket products to customers.
  • Explain aftermarket products and extended warranties thoroughly.
  • Maintain working relationships with finance sources, including manufacturers.
  • Process finance and lease deals accurately to secure approval.
  • Act ethically and professionally.
  • Handle all federal, state, dealer paperwork for vehicle transactions.
  • Comply with all regulations affecting new and used vehicle and finance departments.
  • Complete paperwork timely and efficiently.
  • Verify title, lien, tax information before forwarding to accounting.
  • Maintain continuing credit insurance education as required.
  • Explain manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
  • Seek new lending institutions for competitive rates and finance programs.
  • Work with sales managers to secure reasonable profit from each sale.
  • Ensure collection of all finance and insurance fees.
  • Handle credit applications and rate quotations.
  • Develop and monitor guidelines to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Collect documentation required by lender, DMV, DOL, and dealership.
  • Ensure funding is secured and received timely.
Qualifications
  • Automotive finance experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong sales skills.
