Automotive Finance Manager – Dick Hannah Dealerships
Pay RangeBase: $/yr - $/yr
Competitive: 13% commission of back‑end gross profit. Average annual income $150,000‑$180,000.
Benefits- Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): 4 hours per pay period, about 96 hours first year, increasing over time.
- Comprehensive health benefits starting first month after 60 days of employment: medical, dental, vision;
Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts; life insurance; short‑ and long‑term disability; 401(k) plan. - Paid Holidays: at least 2 paid holidays per year after the introductory period.
- Sell financing and aftermarket products to customers.
- Explain aftermarket products and extended warranties thoroughly.
- Maintain working relationships with finance sources, including manufacturers.
- Process finance and lease deals accurately to secure approval.
- Act ethically and professionally.
- Handle all federal, state, dealer paperwork for vehicle transactions.
- Comply with all regulations affecting new and used vehicle and finance departments.
- Complete paperwork timely and efficiently.
- Verify title, lien, tax information before forwarding to accounting.
- Maintain continuing credit insurance education as required.
- Explain manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Seek new lending institutions for competitive rates and finance programs.
- Work with sales managers to secure reasonable profit from each sale.
- Ensure collection of all finance and insurance fees.
- Handle credit applications and rate quotations.
- Develop and monitor guidelines to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Collect documentation required by lender, DMV, DOL, and dealership.
- Ensure funding is secured and received timely.
- Automotive finance experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong sales skills.
