Handling tax in such a large, sophisticated organization takes more than just a technical understanding of current tax practices. As a Property Tax Manager, you’ll apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes for complex issues. • Support client engagements by coordinating day‑to‑day interactions with clients.
• Review staff work product and drive delivery of services to meet deadlines.
• Develop internal team members and manage engagement economics.
• Continuously build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and legislation that impact clients.

• Demonstrate an understanding of complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts and effectively apply tax knowledge to client situations.
• Develop and deliver quality tax planning approaches with timely and responsive services and work products that exceed client expectations.
• Identify and offer opportunities for tax planning and other special services.
• Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's tax situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions.

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry.
• CPA or JD.
• Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
• Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

• A proven record in a professional services environment.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $105,100 to $192,600. For New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) the range is $126,100 to $218,900. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
