The Advisor serves in a client-facing role as part of a three-person client service team playing an integral part of both leading and advising on our investment philosophy and financial planning strategies. We are looking for an individual that works well in a team environment and can provide a superior client experience.
Duties and Responsibilities- Perform daily trading, rebalancing & portfolio analysis.
- Analyze client data within a financial planning context.
- Develop financial plans with scenarios and recommendations.
- Prepare investment policy statements and client presentations.
- Meet with clients, prospects, and other professionals.
- Facilitate client meetings and communications.
- Perform investment & wealth management research projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by client service team.

- Minimum 3-5 years of business experience, preferably in the financial services industry and ideally in a client-facing role.
- CFP, CFA or MBA preferred.
- Proficient with computers and software packages, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in the office up to four full days per week during the first six months (or until proficiency in the role is demonstrated). Afterward, a hybrid model of at least three full days per week in the office is required.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States. At this time, Vista is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background and credit check, conducted in accordance with applicable law. As part of this process, we review information relevant to the responsibilities of the role, including indicators of financial reliability.
