**** Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
* Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
* Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
* Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
* Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience.

*** Service Advisor Qualifications
**** 1-3 years of automotive service advising experience.
* Experience in CDK is strongly preferred.
* A strong work ethic and good work history.
* Communication Skills.
* Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
