* JOB PURPOSE:

** Stage Crew is a federal work study position that directly supports the Music Department and is supervised by the Performance Events Coordinator.
** REQUIREMENTS

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** The Stage Crew are responsible for setting up and running the technical aspects of concerts/events at Lewis & Clark.
* The technical aspects include running basic lights and sound in LC's three main musical performance venues (Evans Auditorium, Agnes Flanagan Chapel, and Gregg Pavilion).
* Other job duties include setting up equipment (instruments, risers, music stands, mics, cords, etc.) and lobby/house management.
* Running Box Office for ticketed events. Other behind-the-scenes duties may be assigned.
* Training is provided. Knowledge of music, behind-the-scenes of performances, and AV is preferred.
* Ability to honor and work with all identities and individuals, particularly those who are underrepresented in the country and/or at Lewis & Clark College.
*
* SCHEDULE:

*** Because the Stage Crew supports and runs concerts, the job requires evening and weekend availability. The concert schedule waxes and wanes throughout the semester. December and April are the busiest concert months. Please consult the Music Events Calendar for a current schedule of concerts:  or contact the Performance Events Coordinator.
** RATE OF PAY:*** $16.30 per hour
** WORK STUDY REQUIREMENT:
