• Independent self‑starter, open and flexible schedule, on‑call for day and swing shifts.
• Schedule varies weekly depending on operational needs. Great potential to work into a full‑time position.
• Day, evening, and weekday availability required; overnight availability highly desirable.
• No driving required.

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies.
• Patrol transient and reserved parking levels on foot or in customized motor carts, if applicable.
• Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
• Be on time and in uniform for every scheduled day.
• Courteously assist customers and direct them to the Facility Manager if necessary.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed.
• Report any known accidents, suspected violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, spills, and other incidents to the garage office.
• Substitute for Valets when authorized.
• Know all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  Less than high school education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination.
• License:
  Valid state‑issued driver’s license only if required for a company vehicle.
• Availability:
  Flexibility to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends as needed.
• Language:
  Ability to read, comprehend, and explain simple instructions and correspondence; write simple correspondence.
• Mathematics:
  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide two‑digit numbers and utilize units of American money.
• Appearance:
  Maintain a neat appearance and wear uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands:
  Stand, walk, use hands, occasionally sit, climb or balance; lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Pay Rate: $20.53 per hour. Eligible employees participate in medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short‑term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
