Key Responsibilities Interpret engineering standards and develop designs using CAD software Perform route analysis and maintain records of fiber splicing and topography Determine project scope, budget, and schedules while communicating status to management
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent;
AutoCAD drafting/CATV design courses preferred At least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and constructing Outside Plant Copper and Fiber Optic Cable Strong background in fiber plant support services and knowledge of the permitting process Understanding of broadband communication theories, including fiber optics and Metro Ethernet networks Industry-related experience preferred
