Must have paper mill experience. Base + Incentive Plan + Company Car + 401K

• Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs within the pulp and paper industry.
• Update databases with each service visit and generate weekly service reports as required.
• Assist with technical issues at customer sites, bring any issues to the customers’ attention and put together a plan for corrective action – ensures the sales account manager is kept informed.
• Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required.
• Assist with data analysis on program performance.
• Routine monitoring and maintenance of feed equipment as required.
• Participate in technical training opportunities for advancement of skills and knowledge.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree.
• Solving complex and non‑routine technical problems.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Industry and customer literacy, or ability to pick up industry and Solenis technologies quickly.
• Drive for results; proactively addresses complex issues.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Must live within 45 minutes of customer;
  Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA (general area ideally).
