We handle every aspect of development in-house:
Acquisitions, Development, Architectural Design and Engineering, Construction Management, Property Management, and Asset Management.
- Monday through Friday 7am–4pm; flexibility to work additional hours may be required.
- On‑site presence required at the project in Gresham, OR during scheduled hours.
- $95,000 – $115,000 per year (range)
- Vehicle allowance may be included.

- Comprehensive training and development.
- 3+ years in multifamily construction with a certification or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum 6+ years experience in multifamily construction with an unrelated degree or none.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Positive outlook and collaborative approach.
- Fluent English reading, speaking, writing.
- Assist with project schedules, budgets, and related tasks.
- Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries.
- Identify and resolve issues to maintain progress.
- Oversee tasks for employees and subcontractors.
- Maintain project documentation: logs, billing, change orders, memos.
- Manage tool inventory on‑site.
- Enforce safety and security policies.
- Procure competitive bids; communicate with utilities and agencies.
- Write and monitor purchase orders, back‑charges, and change orders.
- Verify and code invoices; secure vendor lien releases.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality goals.
- Conduct site visits for organization and progress checks.
