MEP Manager

Holder Construction, an Atlanta‑based commercial construction company operating throughout the United States, is looking for a highly motivated MEP Manager to join our team in Portland, OR.

• Responsible for the mechanical and electrical construction needs of Mission Critical facilities (e.g., data centers) and related projects.
• Manage all Mechanical and Electrical trade contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre‑construction through close‑out.

• 5‑10 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Extensive experience managing construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, managing and tracking project budgets, and cost control.
• Monitor installation and start‑up of MEP systems and commissioning of the project with the Engineer & Owner.
• Strong experience managing relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage and lead the HCC MEP Team and Trade Partners throughout the project lifecycle (from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover to owner).
