Role OverviewProject Engineer
: schedules and coordinates work, ensures construction meets or exceeds expectations, maintains communication with field, owner, architect, and subcontractors.
Field Engineer
: primary technical field role that leads toward a career in Superintendent/Field Operations.
- Coordinate with project architects, designers, owners, and field personnel.
- Responsible for RFIs, submittal process, and change orders.
- Manage project subcontractors and act as information hub.
- Provide technical information to supervisors; ensure compliance with codes, drawings, and specifications.
- Inspect all work; maintain project documents.
- Oversee performance of trade contractors; monitor quality control metrics.
- Graduate of a four‑year degree program in construction management, construction science, or civil engineering.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project; working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, oral and written communication skills.
