Ultra Pure Water Technician
Duties:
Monitor the performance of the Ultrapure water system by performing rounds on the system where critical data is recorded, analyzed and trended.
Maintain inline analyzers that automatically measure and report contaminant concentration.
Using a SCADA system, trend the critical parameters that help to monitor the performance of the water system
Present data to managers and engineers
Prepare spreadsheets that can be used to retrieve, sort, graph and present data.
Must be able to work around corrosive and chemical hazards
Experience:
Previous experience in the Ultra Pure Water or Wastewater Treatment or related field is preferred but not required
Familiarity with SCADA or Human Machine Interface Systems a plus but not necessary
Science or Engineering degree a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry standards
A strong dedication to teamwork is a must.
