pay rate starting at: $30.59 per hour to $33.99 per hour

pds tech commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire an experienced aviation
logistics support representative supporting the usaf f-15ex warfighter program
. In this role, you will be a key contributor to supply chain readiness and sustainment operations at a remote military site, ensuring critical aircraft parts, support equipment, and materials are available, accounted for, and mission-ready.
what you’ll do day to day
- perform on-site supply chain management and logistics operations supporting f-15ex sustainment
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
- manage shipping, receiving, issuing, storage, control, reconciliation, and customer support activities
- work with enterprise supply systems (e.g., goldesp, tav, wow, coppr, boss or similar)
- support inventory management, accountability, and planning for removal of obsolete assets
- issue required components to designated delivery points
- receive, package, and ship retrograde unserviceable and repairable components
- conduct records management and ensure compliance with customer logistics procedures
- monitor logistics system performance, analyze supply data, and document trends
- research and resolve inventory discrepancies within supply support systems
- collaborate closely with the logistics manager, asset managers, field service representatives, and program stakeholders
- assist with procurement activities, reporting, ad hoc training, and field office support
- support flexible shift requirements aligned to usaf flying schedules
required qualifications
- this position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to itar/ear. Regulations may limit access of controlled technologies:
1) to u.s. Persons, including u.s. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or
2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license. - minimum 5 years of aviation supply chain experience
- minimum 5 years of inventory management and accountability experience
- minimum 5 years of phs&t (packaging, handling, shipping & transportation) experience with aircraft parts
- ability to lift up to 35 lbs without assistance
- willingness to support flexible shifts based on operational needs
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
preferred qualifications
- experience leading or supporting warehouse operations
- prior experience supporting u.s. Air force supply logistics
- familiarity with aerospace sustainment or military logistics environments
education & experience
- education and experience typically acquired through a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience
