This is not a specific open position but a Part-time Faculty Interest Pool, from which the department will identify applicants based on course assignment needs during the Academic Year. You may be considered for substitute assignments as well as full-term class assignments.

Instructor Qualifications- Master of Science in Nutrition
- OR Master’s degree in a related health field such as Public Health, Community Health Education, Exercise Physiology, Physical Education, Social Sciences
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition
- 30 quarter hours of graduate credit in the subject area
