Lead Pastor — Eugene Alliance Church | Full-Time

Eugene Alliance is looking to hire a new Lead Pastor. The Search Committee of the Eugene Alliance Church in Eugene, Oregon invites applications for the position of Lead Pastor. Eugene Alliance is seeking someone who:

• Accurately and enthusiastically delivers and exegetes the Word of God in a variety of settings
• Has a Spirit-filled character and demonstrates healthy relationships with others
• Seeks the Lord's guidance and consults with others regularly
• Has strong leadership qualities which are enhanced by shepherding skills
• Values and models peacemaking and reconciliation

• Lead a congregational life grounded in Scripture, prayer, and worship
• Provide biblical teaching and ministry leadership across multiple settings
• Shepherd and care for the church family, fostering healthy relationships
• Collaborate with staff, lay leaders, and the congregation in ministry planning and execution

• Accurately and enthusiastically delivers and exegetes the Word of God in a variety of settings
• Has a Spirit-filled character and demonstrates healthy relationships with others
• Seeks the Lord's guidance and consults with others regularly
• Has strong leadership qualities which are enhanced by shepherding skills
• Values and models peacemaking and reconciliation
