As an AlphaBEST Site Director
, you'll lead a meaningful before and after-school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
- Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
- Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and Alpha
BEST standards - Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
- Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
- Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met
- Represent Alpha
BEST with professionalism at school and community events - Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and Alpha
BEST leadership to support student success - M-F No weekends!
- Must have a Bachelor s degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by Oregon childcare licensing regulations (C #)
- Provide proof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing standards
